04/18/08	Swimming Pool Passes Now Available The season swim passes and punch cards are available for purchase at City Hall between the hours of 8-5, Monday through Friday. See the "Pool" section under the "Parks and Recreation" tab for pool hours and fees.
04/22/08	City Observed Holiday Closings City Hall will be closed Monday, May 26, 2008 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. The composting site will be closed Saturday, May 24, 2008, as well. For any utility emergencies after hours or on a holiday, call 682-2139 and you will be connected to the Centralia Police Department.
05/12/08	General Government/Public Safety Meeting The next montly meeting for the General Government/Public Safety committee will be held at 7:00 p.m. on May 12, 2008, in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
05/13/08	Library Board Meeting The Centralia Public Library Board will meet on Tuesday, May, 13, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. at the Library.
05/15/08	Friends of the Library Meeting The Friends of the Library will meet at the Library on May 15, 2008 at 6:00 p.m.
05/15/08	Internet Safety Presentation The Centralia School Resource Officer, Tom Fair, will be holding a presentation at the Centralia Public Library from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on May 15, 2008. This informational Net Smarts presentation is open to the public, and the is in conjunction with the Boys and Girls Town and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
05/19/08	Board of Alderman Meeting The regular Board of Alderman meeting will be held Monday, May 19, 2008, in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m.
05/19/08	Registration for Red Cross Swim Lessons The registration for the Red Cross Swimming Lessons will be held Monday, May 19 through Satruday, May 24, 2008 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Centralia Swimming Pool.
05/20/08	Park Board Meeting The Centralia Park Board will be meeting Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at 12:00 noon in the Coucil Chambers at City Hall.
05/26/08	Swimming Pool Opens The Centralia Municipal Swimming Pool will open on Memorial Day, May 26, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. Please see the City Newsletter, page 3, for hours, fees and other information regardiing the pool operations.
