Court Information

The Centralia Municipal Court is affiliated with Division 9 of the Associate Circuit Court of Boone County. Judge Michael Bradley, who oversees court proceedings for the Centralia Municipal Court, is an Associate Division Judge of the Boone County Circuit Court. The City's prosecuting attorney is April Wilson, who was appointed to the position in May 2006.

Court is typically held on the fourth Monday of every month at 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. This date is subject to change at the Judge's discretion. The Court accepts payments in the form of cash, check or money order made payable to the City of Centralia. Only those charges listed on the schedule of fines link below may be paid out of court with a written plea of guilty.
