The City of Centralia, Missouri is requesting bids for mowing and grounds keeping services for the Centralia City Cemetery; approximately sixteen (16) acres. The contract will be for a period beginning March 20, 2021 through March 19, 2024, with two (2) possible one-year extensions. Bids shall be submitted in person or received by mail on the bid form (Attachment A) and delivered or mailed to the City of Centralia NO LATER than 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 3, 2021. Bids must be sealed and labeled “Cemetery Mowing Contract”. The City of Centralia reserves the right to reject all bids or to negotiate an agreement that allows for minor modifications from the original proposal. Contractor will have to be E-Verify certified and comply with all City, State and Federal Laws including RSMo 285.530. DBE Encouraged to apply.
