The Centralia Police Department is now accepting applications for the position of part-time police/fire dispatcher. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Qualifications include: ability to communicate effectively through written and oral communication, ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, and the ability to multi-task. This job will require flexibility to work when needed, and only 8 hours per month is guaranteed. Must pass a physical, pre-employment drug screening and background check.
