Eligibility: Any graduating senior of Centralia High School who:
1. Meets entrance requirements to an accredited college, university, or vocational school;
2. Student must be accepted & enrolled as a full time student by such an institution in order to receive the award;
3. Has demonstrated and ability to attain and maintain an acceptable scholastic achievement level;
4. Displays evidence of need for financial assistance;
5. Has displayed qualities of good citizenship, leadership, and community service.
Application Date: Deadline for application submission is April 8.
Amount of Award: $1000.00 Maximum Award (one year/non renewable, may be split between more than one student.)
Additional information: Selection to be made by a committee comprised of current CFP members.
Availability: Application forms available from CHS counselor or from CHS website.

Criteria: The committee shall consider the following factors:
1. Financial need;
2. Receipt of other financial awards and monies;
3. Participation in community service and/or extracurricular activities;
4. Employment while in high school;
5. A personal essay or interview may be requested by the committee at a later date.
