Code Enforcement Officer Sandy Buck operates under the general direction of the Chief of Police. Buck patrols city streets and alleyways identifying violations of city ordinances, codes and processes said violations. Buck is also responsible for operating the city animal shelter, responds to animal complaints and assists with certain administrative operations of the department. Buck has been a dedicated employee for the City of Centralia for over 30 years and her service and commitment should not go un-noticed. On May 09, 2019, Buck was selected for being, "Citizen of the Year."
